Floor

The floor, as it applies to poker rooms and casinos, is a broad term and means the management that runs the place, as well as other employees who handle various tasks. Floor personnel are in charge of monitoring games, taking care of waiting lists, and seeing that the rules are being followed. They will also settle any disputes that may arise between those playing.
