After a tense buildup last week, ACR has unveiled the latest brand ambassador signings - Chris Moorman and Katie Lindsay. The married couple are the first to take up such a role in online poker, with ACR proving once again how much of an imagination the team has.

ACR Breaks New Boundaries
The last week saw ACR encouraging fans to guess who the new signings were, with a promise of entry into a raffle for a $215 tournament ticket. We didn’t see anybody get both names correct. It has to be said: nobody expected this and once again ACR comes up with another first for poker. Chris Moneymaker and Vanessa Kade put pen to paper with the US-facing site early on in the year, and nobody would have seen this coming so soon after.
Thrilled to announce that @acr_poker has asked @moorman1 and I to join their team of pros. I’ve been playing and working in poker for 17 years and this is such an exciting and unexpected opportunity. 🥰 pic.twitter.com/onDttNuNd6

Chris Moorman is a candidate for greatest online player of all-time. For years he stood at the top of the tree for online tournaments.
An incredible record of $19 million won online and $6 million won in live events proves how insanely tough a player to beat he is.
Judging by his comments in a recent interview to welcome him to the ACR family, Moorman will be playing poker for a long time still to come.
For me, poker is all about competition. Whether it’s poker, different sports or video games I love to compete against people. The beauty of poker is that anyone can beat anyone else on a particular day. What motivates me to grind year after year is to build a legacy that one day when I do finally stop playing that I can look back on proudly, knowing that I gave 100% to be the best that I can be at the game.”Katie Lindsay is also a talented player who has been showing the boys how it’s done for many years now. Predominantly an online player, she has amassed more than $2 million in cashes on the virtual felt. Her live game isn’t too shabby either, with more than half a million dollars to boast of in what many still say is “real” poker.
Lindsay has made it clear that she doesn’t believe women should be pressured into playing poker, just that if they have the urge they should definitely do so.
People should be able to do what they want and be supported. I don’t think we need more women in poker, I just think if women want to play, then they should. I started playing poker because I love games and this game especially. I want nothing more from poker than to try and do my best every time I play, and of course, to have a few drinks and make some new friends. I feel like ACR is aligned with that mentality.”
