It sounds like you are just adjusting and currently playing scared more than you can't beat the games.

It takes everyone moving up a while to adjust to the newer player pool as such.They are more aggressive,3bet more etc etc.It will take you a while to settle in.

If your coach thinks you can move up,there's no reason that you shouldn't be.Just remember what got yoi there in 1St place.

Most important thing to remember is the Player pool at Nl20 isn't that much different to 0.02/0.04 & 0.05/0.10 on euro sites(which I think your on Bv if your staked) and you crushed them. Yes there are a few more regs,and better players,but there are still sooooo many bad players.Ill go one step further and add IMO whether people agree or not,I wouldn't be shocked to actually see the lower limits harder than NL20.What I mean is people wanting to improve,learn and do things correctly will start there,so have a decent understanding.Thise depositing €50 and less etc,don't have the aptitude to sit there at them stakes,they jump in at NL20 and above.So just remember to do what you've done prior and attempt(not easy sometimes) to separate the monetary value.

table selection is key.Play less tables till your comfortable.Reduce stop loss to less than at lower stakes.

Post hands your unsure of,perhaps keep ranges on screen to go back to as reference.Perhaps those ranges need adjusting etc.

All said and done,if that fails have some beer and relax .It will come.

It is a tough one as no matter what I say you may still hold the same fear.

I think you just have to really think longterm and understand it isn't a lot of money even tho it may seem it at the time. IF you go on and lose say 200 euros we do not mind honestly. IT is part of the game and just one of those things. You just play 10nl for a bit, get out of it and back up we go. NO FEAR on our side.

However I dont think you would lose that sort of money if you played your A game so please just be confident as we are confident in you!

I second the suggestion to lower your table count, even down to 1 table as you're getting used to the new stakes. Moving up can have all sorts of effects on your game and you can really benefit from slowing down and taking an extra few seconds on every decision. I really do mean every decision. Take an extra 2 seconds before each bet, each call, etc and while it might not fix your problems it'll be a step towards making more informed, logical decisions rather than emotional ones.
