Welcome sir! I encourage you to post some hands in the strategy section of our forum. You can find information on how to do that HERE and HERE,

You'll have to make at least 10 posts before you'll be allowed to create new threads. Feel free to take a look at Poker Jurney Topics of other poker VIP members. You can also find interesting stuff in Lifestyle & Off Topic section of the forum.

Thanks! I really appreciate it, nice to be part of a community that is a little less intensive and geared towards advanced/pro players like 2+2

Well 2+2 is very very different than it used to be a couple of years ago. You'll find very little hate and trolling on this forum. The community is really friendly and you shouldn't have any trouble fitting in:)

Found this site by accident but so far really like it.
I've been playing for many years now but can't seem to make that step from a "break even" player to a more consistent winner. lol
I have accounts on other sites like FT and party poker but these days I play only on Pstars.
Hopefully the training on here can help me become a better player. lol

tbf 2+2 is not even geared towards pro's. in MSNL forums you have people debating wether to fold or 4-bet shove

I wish I could remember how I found this site. It was right before I went on holidays and was spending a ton of time on the computer researching Africa and playing Sin & Goes on Stars. My was a little over loaded that week but I book marked the site and even did a few training quizzes.

I've been playing for 15 years and still suck. lol I have times when I do well but consistency has been my undoing or should I say lack there of? I started off playing 1/2 dollar limit back when it was the only thing offered live at the casinos in my city and was hooked. It took awhile for me to get on the net but I think I started on Stars back around 2006?

As far as sick stories not really. Except for today when I was playing in a spin & go for $300 and raised on the button w/ KJx and the small blind shoved. Since this was the third hand and I had no read or HUD it was to me an insta fold but. I remember folding and then realizing man he's showing me he had AQs and then I look closer and see both my cards face up and the turn & river being dealt. DOH!!

Well there goes a nice chance to pad the bank roll. lol No famous Pokerstars suck out for me. I promptly kiss my buy in good by and curse my clumsiness. Wish I had a better war story for you guys.lol

Hello, I'm start again, with Online Poker at the Micros, most likely on Omaha 6max. Cash game. I hope that I can climp up, to leaf the crazy Micros and get staking. Sorry, for the bad English !

The only good thing on 2+2 is the Home Games section where people post pics and construction pics when they build their own poker rooms, that's pretty cool

Hello Guys,

My name is Stefan Bratanov from Bulgaria, will move to work in UK in three months. My main game is 5NL 6Max NLHE. I'm still a micro stakes grinder trying to make it to mid stakes. I have played poker for year and 4 months. First year i was mainly degenerate trying to learn the game and taking shots, wasting 5-6 20$ deposits. This year, I decided to take it a bit more serious, and grinded up my 12$ to 200$ which is my current bankroll. I will move to 10NL at 400$. I really want to improve a lot during the summer and that's why i joined the website.

Looking forward to get involved more in the community. Seems like a supportive place.

Hiya,
my name is Alex. I'm from Poland but have been living in London for almost a year now. I just finish first year of law, so I have quite a lot of free time to play poker.
Poker wise I've been playing for 2-3 years now starting from freerolls and sng and then moving to cash games. Currently I'm playing NL4 and hopefully soon moving to NL10.
Additionally, I want to play some live cash games in London so I would appreciate some advice Smile

Welcome to the site Smile

What poker site are you playing on? Have you watched any of the player reviews for 4NL in the video section? They will really help your game. Plenty articles here and quizzes to get you going. live cash is usually easier than online so you might want to try it sooner rather than later Cool

Bovada really seems like the place to be at the moment.

Welcome to the site bro! Pretty incredible bankroll spin up there - whats your secret? Great to hear the videos here have helped you. Are you more of a fan of live plays/game reviews/player reviews or theory?

Ha yeh we need some more women here thats for sure Smile

Always amazing how people can turn $0 into something.....really wp on that. No doubt you will keep on growing that bankroll and one day be sat in the nosebleeds.

Which stakes do you play?

Welcome!

Live cash games the Empire will be a great place to go. Also you have the Hippodrome or the Vic casino. The Vic is where it all pretty much started in the UK so its great to check there out. But the other 2 casinos are the new guys on the block so a bit more fresher and vibrant.
