As for the hand you played it perfectly and should always just bet bet jam to get max value. There is an argument for check calling the river to induce jams from missed flush draws but we would have to know the villain pretty well to do so.

Your sizing on the flop could be slightly larger as it is a wet board. However that is a small detail and the rest of it looked perfect.

Thanks John was pretty sure it was fine just wanted to double check with the bosses on here haha always messes me up when i lose a pot gotta think i can do something different but i guess theres a lot of unavoidable spots in this game.
