I must be the unusual one, due to the last one I drink is chamomile tea. It can help me fall asleep well, but I should not drink too much in case I need to pee at midnight. What about you?
Given that something happened to my system and I can no longer tolerate caffeine like I used to (an afternoon cup of coffee all but guarantees some major problems with maintaining my sleep schedule) I recently rediscovered 'herbal coffee', usually made from chicory and/or grains. The taste is close enough to the 'real thing' ( the coffee purists would obviously disagree, but elitism sucks and no one cares) with no unwanted side-effects.
