The nl4 games are a gold mine for sure.. Almost every day I get a dude who buys in for a full stack and just push allin every hand.. Just so much EV to be had when you get one of those guys but can be really frustrating also of course.

The plan for moving up to 10NL is to use 5 buyins.. 50 euros for nl 10 and if I lose it just play nl4 again with the 100ish left and grind it up to 150 again for the next shot. Really excited to see how much worse the nl10 games are. I could probably get a winrate at nl4 of 20-30bb/100 but Im much more curious to move up fast to see how say the nl25 games are. If they are good I probably will stay there for a while withdrawing some money each month but I won't withdraw anything until I know that I beat nl25.

Good thing with unibet is that most serious players wont even try it because there is no hud, no results tracking etc so its impossible to know your winrate. I have tracked my hourly for the last week and a half anyway and will continue to do that at nl10. Thinking of just trying out nl10 tonight anyway even though I technically have not reach my move up goal.. just 1$ missing and that's nothing of course. Hmm.. yeah I think am gonna try out nl10 tonight. Still moving down at 100. If I get to 500 euros Im taking an 8 buyin shot at nl25.

I'm a bit late, but I'll wish you good luck with the nl10 shot! However, with a prospective winrate as large as you say at nl4 I have little doubt you'll just find nl10 another stepping stone. Looking forward to your view on nl25 soon...

Thanks man! Appreciate it! Well.. looks like nl25 have to wait.. Took my shot at nl10 today and it went straight down the drain.. LOL. Played for 1h42 and lost 50euros and 4 cents.. Sickening session I tell you! Started off by losing a stack with AKvs QQ against an active guy. Could not win a pot the first 40-50 minutes, got threebet hetre and there, no cbets working, hit absolutely nothing.. Well it was the most miserable session I had since I started playing at unibet. Just leaked the money away and late in the session I lost another stack with AK vs AA and then flopped the straight in a threebet pot with K9 on QJT and got it in vs AT and of course a K on the river..

nl10 played a bit different than nl4 I must say. Much more aggressive, much more threeebets and double barrels. Could be that they really hit the deck against me in pots without showdown but I really feel they were quite a bit more aggro than at nl4. Of course ran like an ass and maybe git a bit stressed late in the session when I could not win a significant pot. Maybe it was a mistake taking the shot with only 5 buyins, I dunno.

Well.. then I played 5 sngs for the tickets I had. Won two of them and got a second place to boost the bankroll at least a little bit...


Wonder if I should rebuild to 150 to take another shot or if I should give mysekf another buyin to try and get some winning momentum.. Well. Gotta take the mrs ICBrokePeople out to dinner tonight so I guess there is no more poker for me later tonight.

I have worked nightshifts this week at the brewery and when I do that I often don't find the energy to play poker.. I just hang out with the family and rest as much as I can. Lost maybe 1,5 more at nl10 right after the last post and havent played anything until today. I played two 18man mtts for the last tickets I had and got second in one of them for 5.09 euros. I kind of feel like I played scared money with only 5 buyins at nl10 as I felt like I suddenly had something to lose... The money is nothing of course and I dont care about 50 euros in real life but the level kind of got to me and I did not play my best game when taking the shot and of course ran like crap too. So I think Im gonna take the next shot at nl10 at like 250ish instead of 150 euros. Dont really feel like grinding 4nl heavily but I will play some 4nl and even try out the sngs mixing 1 and 2 euro buyins(as unibet are offering a sng promotion this month) and probably raise my bankroll to 250 pretty fast. I might even play some plo for good measures.. anything to keep me happy at the poker tables right?

Yeah! The guys at plo4 are pretty insane. But I really dont like PLO at unibet. The games play so slow and actually are quite aggressive, more then you would think, I think if I only grinded plo I would take my money else where. Yeah, no more playing under rolled for me.. Just gotta take my time and grind it out before I take the next shot.

I have been several times to Linköping and it is a beautiful city.Let's just hope that spring has come when you get over here. The heavy snowfall we're getting right now coupled with 1-3 degrees and it all melting away and feet getting wet.. Nah, Im ready for spring time, Bring it on now!!

Tha grind for me is going a bit sideways at the moment.. Dabbled in sitngos at unibet this weekend but the 5-man variant is really not for me, I have made the decision to just grind nl cash again and build up the roll some more to give nl10 another shot later. It's just so easy crushing the nl4 games.. I might play some plo or sngs/mtts just to complete the monthly missions but other than that it's only holdem for now on.

Played 14 sngs sundaty and lost 6 euros. Today it was back to nl4 again and of course I was back on the winning track again right away. Played for two hours and won 13,20. After starting writing down all my sessions at nl4 February 14 I have played 17h17min and won 76,49. Whopping hourly rate of 4,42euros/h. Not bad actually for playing the nanos :). Just getting value for my good hands and staying out of trouble as soon as your nose sniffs it.. that is the recipe to win at these stakes for sure.

Well.. My biggest weakness as a poker player is handling variance so bad sessions do get to me and I feel like the worst player in the world.. then I get scared and dont play for a while.. happened this time too.. kind of, well.. life got in the way a bit too this week but I quite easily lose my will to play when I have a really bad session. Gotta keep working on that I suppose..

Well.. nl10 stats are really not significant.. too few hands, running abysmally and playting almost as bad. I will turn this around when I get another shot hopefully. plo4 stats.. I have almost just nutpedalled because my plogame kind of sucks but I enjoy it very much some times so I play it anyway. They just pay me off all the time anyway and I can change my avatar if anyone pays attention. If games are even close to this easy at plo10 and plo25 then this could be the gold mine. nl4 is where I have my biggest sample, still too early to tell of course but Im certain that my win rate are >15bb/100 at this level. I mean these guys are crazy... Probably ran good here too but my guess is that it's up there at maybe 15-20 or possibly even 25.. I really dont know yet and I probably wont ever know. Just know that my playing style suits these games very well and Im happy with that. Gotta keep playing again hopefully later tonight or tomorrow.

Hey man!! I just started a chat with the support at unibet.com and stated what data I wanted. He then emailed me an exceldocument with the data and I copied it into my own google spreadsheet for record keeping. Went really smooth. Going to ask for new data once each week I think to keep updated records.

About the weather here.. it's really nice daytime but still below zero night time so cars still have frost and ice on them when Im going to work at 5.15 in the morning but that is ok I guess, it's only mid march after all.

Thanks dude.. Dont think I will be grinding plo10 any time soon. If I do grind some plo it's just to finish the unibet missions to get some more tickets etc.. probably not as my main game.. but if I do try them I will comment about the quality of those games.

Well.. I have been grinding some.. not much but a little bit.. been a bit up and then a bit down.. nothing to speak home about really. Trying to reach unibet to get my records updated ut to no avail so far.

Been rethinkinking this challenge a bit.. Dont really feel like grinding nl4 anymore and I can think of a couple of reasons..

* I know I really beat nl4 at a great clip and need a new challenge.
* The money at nl 4 is really insignificant to me.. It is at nl10 too but I need to be at that level as a stepping stone to the next level
* My bankroll dedicated for poker is at 500 euros plus and at the moment it feels a bit silly playing nl4 where they are throwing money at you with 120+ buyins.

I know I said that I never should deposit again.. but I really feel that it is a waste of time for me being stubborn grinding it out at the nl4 level for several months more just to pad the roll. So I decided to just move up to nl10 and feel those games out a bit more. I will probably grind nl10 for 10-20k hands and win something like 15-25 buyins. If at any point feel that I beat that level too soundly and I have something close to 30 buyins at nl25 I will take a shot at that level. Just feel that I need to give myself the chance to advance in levels a bit quicker since it really is micro level and I need to try to get to nl25 before it is even any point at all to withdraw any money again from poker which is the goal Im looking to reach eventually. I will play mainly NLHE as before but also as before I will play some banzai, some plo and some mtts to accomplish the missions of the month to increase the rakeback and also to get some variety and have some fun and have fun is still a big priority. If My bankroll dwindle too low I will deposit some more if I need to from my poker money.
