Hey Im back!!

Summer been good but have not played anything at all. When autumn comes my desire to play poker always comes back. This time around I will take a proper shot at the level 10NL at Unibet. After doing some promotions during the euro football in the summer and running extremely well my bankroll was up to 367,09. Yesterday when staying home with my sick daughter I decided to give it ago again and started playing.

I have only one goal this time around, I want to play 100 hours of 10nl and see if I really beat the game, 100 is of course too little to know but I think it will give me a hint. After the 100 hours 4-tabling 10NL I might move up to 25NL to see if that is possible. I will only move up if I feel that I beat 10NL big. Bankroll is not a problem. Still have more than 50 buyins at 25NL and my winnings at 10 will go to that so I will not withdraw any money during my 10NL challenge. Have been watching some videos by Fergal and I really like his teaching style and playing style too. Quite motivated to grind again now actually!!

Soo..
Starting BR: 367,09

August 29th
3h20 played and I won 19,16.

New BR: 386,25

Good luck me!!

Hi Nicklas! Nice name and the only correct way to spell it Wink

I saw in your earlier post that you played some PLO too. Which is your favourite game of the two?

100h of 4 table grind should give you around 37k hands so its a bit small sample to see your true bb/100. Evbb/100 is a little bit better but still its not gonna be even close to your true bb/100 over 1M sample.

But you will ofc get a feel when you are at the tables of how much you can win in those games. What Im looking for before I go up in limit is that sence that I have a great strategy vs all the regs at the tables. Knowing what they do bad and how i can exploit them. Crushing a limit is all about making money off the regs.

GL at the tables!

Hey there Nicklas(!?) Smile

I kind of like PLO more and would like to grind it as my main game one day but its all a work in progress my PLO game. Smile If I ant to win money right now holdem is the beter choice.

I know 30-40k hands is not enough but it's enough I think to earn me a 6-8 buyin shot at the next level at least I think.

I agree with you statutes for moing up too.. Only thing is I play at unibet at the moment which is of course anonymous since you can change SN and avatar up to three times a day so for me it's mor to get a feel for if you beat the player pool as a group and there sure are lots of bad players at 10NL so there should not be a problem.. at least I hope so.. The only way to know is just to gRIND GRIND GRRRRRRRIND right? Smile

Thanks for taking the time to reply!!

Nicklas here too Smile

Yeah PLO is way more fun. Think it can also help your NL game alot to play some PLO. Have you played some PLO on Unibet? How are the games and does it run often at PLO20+?

Yeah then its much harder. Have to find some things that they population does bad, which is probably tons of stuff on NL10 Laugh
Like you said, grind grind grind and get the volume in to get some answers Smile

Did not play any more tonight.. Got a bit tired but I thought I should share a hand with you. I dont know if there is a better way to share hand historys from unibet but I could not find a way to copy and past the raw text so I just took a screenshot.

I've gotten a lot better to identify spots like this...the shortie just lost a stack though I did not see how and should be a little tilted to just put in his last money. I just call and hope that the raiser reraise to isolate the shortie and it worked like a charm this time. Then I hoped it would look a bit bluffy by just call/rejamming on him. Is this play standard for you guys or did I just got lucky this time?

Well.. I have played 1/8 of the challenge. Going well so far, playing a pretty tight and low variance style and it's paying off so far. Need to change my avatar pretty quick some times or change tables if I have already changed the avatar two times.Still really like unibet and will probably continue to grind it even after the challenge.
