This was my first hand against him. It was 25NL zoom but I wasn't expecting to see that. I was sure I was up against a set of made straight.
Just checked and I had 80% on that flop and 36% OTT
My red line is crazy since moving up. The last 1500 hands I've lost 5 buys by just folding before the river. I would say its a mental game thing.
I only managed a few hundred hands today due to a teething 5 month old baby in the house. I would rate my game A- (the minus is for a terrible jam with JJ after the guy limp/raised + a couple other minor plays). Things aren't looking so great at the moment. My red line still dipped, even when I thought I pulled off a few good bluffs and kept my foot on the pedal. Will see how things look after 10K hands.
My bro and his gf have offered to take the baby for the night and my GF is heading out for dinner and drinks with her pals, which leaves me in the flat with my laptop and a whole load of beer and whisky. I think its time to hit the tables and lose win some money!!
Time for my nearly 10K hands update. Things haven't went the way I hopped. Started off bad fro the start and I think it was to do with folding too much, playing scared money. Things have started to improve tho, after watching some videos on here and posting hands. A lot of the comments were saying I'm playing too passive. So I feel I've upped the aggression and things started to pick up towards the end. I started on 888 before moving to stars. As you can see my red line is crazy.
3K hands for 30NL speed on 888:
6K hands on 25NL zoom, PokerStars. As you can see I sorted out my game towards the end. I just need to keep that up:
I'll hopefully have a better graph for you on the next 10K hands or I'll be moving back down to 10NL.

Yes I'd hoped for a stream to, it makes the card dead time pass a little more pleasantly and I can indulge in a bit of banter. Jon took the night off, I think 'knackered' is the word, so that's ok. And yes I agree it's all about the win in these, or at least top 3 or 4 so...

Nice run and some good points made there buddy! These tournaments are so much fun and although it can suck if you don't win the added prize the points you get along the way could score you a juicy $5000 so always have that in the back of your mind.
I think I can only play on Full Tilt, Bwin and UniBet. So I'll try and play all of them.
Just finished my coaching session with W34z3l. I think I should a bit nervous but hopefully the sound was ok. He's sending me some pre-flop ranges as that was a problem throughout the video. I need the coaching after being called a fish at the tables yesterday lol I called the guys BB 3bet OTB with 910, hit top pair and called flop and turn, river went check/check. he wasn't too impressed.
Losing 9 buy-in in 3k hands is never good to look at. But I've managed to scrape 8 of those back in the last 4k hands. I hope I don't hit a big downswing and go back to where I was. My red line has evened out and I hope I can keep that up. W34z3l spotted some spots I should be betting more, which should help improve that also.
I'm not on target for my hands. I've been off for 2 weeks (Where does the time go!!!) and have another 2 weeks to get 18K hands. So 4k more than what I've done already. Lets gooo!!!!!
My favourite hand of the day is only after 20 hands. I'm posting it early as I don't think it will be topped. I was sure I was up against a better set or I'd be trying to hold against a draw.
