As for the way you played it just tank flat the flop. Really no need to jam here and the last thing we want to do is to get a fold. pots big enough already that we can get stacks by river or at least get a serious amount of value going forward. What a terrible fold by him tbh - should the easiest bet call in history.

hehe, looks like I am still a bit scared. Shouldnt smoke that much weed, during those games. But now I can see the tank call the flop and check/call his AI on the turn.

Online poker update:

Deposited some money to BetVictor this morning and played 1st online session of this month. After a break it was good feeling to sit at 10 nlh tables again. Especially when running hot.

Played 1 hour session at nl10 and here is result.

Will play few hands again tomorrow, or maybe I will go to play live. Depends on the mood.

Live poker update

Played 2,5h live nl100 session yesterday. I lost 20e, not bad, but I must admint sometimes i adjust too much to their game. Will take a break for week from live and will focus a bit more to play online.

The depressing part of online poker. I find these small losses are just whatever when online but whilst grinding 5 hands an hour at a local casino i feel very dejected

Oh. yes, this is a down side of live poker. number of hands per hour. In the other hand the amout of bb/100 si much better compared to online and I believe that live cashgame is the most profitable format at the moment..

Online game are getting harder and harder, but live stays basically same...

Yeh live will always be the softest but i do urge you to check the hourly over a year and compare it to online. Some people forget to look at this and the results can be far off what they expect or realise.

Exactly, thats my next step I want to do, keep proper tracking of live cash results. I have two ideas.

1. just simple write down result and time played after each session.
2. keep tracking number of hands +/- profit after each hand + hours played.

But I guess hourly is only thing which matters.

For example this month:

1.10 - 3h -> +290e (+15e drinks paid from stack)
4.10 - 2.5h -> -20e (drinks included in overal loss)

Overal result: +285e in 5.5h -> ~50e/hour, number of hands unknown.

Not much to update. Didnt play much last couple of days. I spent maybe 30min at the tables playing PLO and earned some points to top500 race

What is maybe more intristing, I found app for tracking live poker results. App is called "RunGood", using free version now and it has a lot of nice features, but still missing some. After a discussion with few collagues we will try to build an app. Nothing is sure yet, it was just a discussion during lunch, but you never know, maybe we will make this happen.

Played 1.4K session today. Lost a bit. Didnt played well, was a kind of station, maybe because of to many tables, but its boring for me to play 4 tables

You have an iphone or something where you can get apps? Even an ipad? you can actually get a live tracker. You just guesstimate the average hands per hour, insert your bankroll, cash in/cash out of each session and it updates like HEM would with graphs and stats.

This is what i have at the moment. Not able to estimate amout of hands,or add any notes, everything is counted per session.

I will receive a new MacPro in work this week, so My idea is to learn how to build an apps from scratch and slowly make something which will suits me best

Have a some cool ideas of making pictures of opponents and add notes etc...

Online update.

I played 250 hands of PLO10. Very nice session where I lost 7BI. I think I wasn't really spewing but lost every possible hand.

Few points i need to recap if i want to stick to PLO

- starting hands selection
- odds when stack off OTF. (i have this somewhere in my old PLO blog.)

Not sure if I will find a time to do this

but without relearning basics no more PLO
