Didn't update yesterday as it was a bit late when I finished. Bit of an uneventful session to be honest played 1700 hands most of which was break-even then dropped a buy in right at the end, got the hump and turned it off! It was just one of those days where AK might as well be 7-2, and every time I got a big hand they got a bigger one, fishes hitting there K3 kicker on the river and so on, so was quite happy I didn't lose more.
I try to look at poker as long term and try to only look at session graphs, but I had a cheeky peek this morning at my progress as a VIPer and this was the outcome. Bit disappointed really, but I know if I can play a good game consistently that things will get better. I am happy that I have managed to claw back a few bucks after a proper pants start so fingers crossed no more negative graphs for me, I don't like them!!

You are probably right there my friend I dont like to give up in pots and that is probably my biggest weakness, if I am in it, I want it!
you have made sick adjustments already and i love seeing this improvement. Your deffs in the running for getting move up the stakes by the end of 2013. Keep on grinding hard buddy. Results will keep on getting better!

Had a good session yesterday and felt I played very good 90% of the time. Would have been an even better day if I had not had run into a few cooler situations as you can see from dips in the graph.
I ran Kings into Aces twice and had set over set 3 times which is always shit but oh well, swings and roundabouts.
Going to try and get a session in tonight but the Mrs moaning about me never going to bed, have to get that bitch in line.......
Sorry for lack of updates I have had no proper internet connection for a few days and have just been squeezing in a few hands as and when I can borrow a connection, [thanks mummy!]. Been a few slow days with very little volume but have turned a small profit, when I have had the chance to play.
The last few days have not been poker free tho, I started to read a book called the "Psychology of Poker" by Dr. Alan Schoomacher. Its quite an old book along the same lines as Mental Game but very informative and worth a look if you have not read it. I have also been watching a few training vids mainly session reviews of nl10 and 20 and a few mindset videos just to keep my brain poker orientated while I am out of the game!!
So today I have set up HQ at my old dears house and can get a few hours play in until I have to do the school run. I will try and update again this afternoon with a graph or something before I have to go back to my house and spend another night watching "great" tv. To be fair I have watched a couple of movies in the last couple of nights, the new Wolverine and Machete Kills, both very enjoyable movies, especially Machete Kills, over the top proper blokey nonsense, but quality movie. Recommend the seeing the first one if you haven't already.

I do have a bit of a routine but gone out the window this week. Since joining you guys I have changed it tho, I used to play from 8am till 1pm as I have to do the school run, then again in the evening. Now I start about 8pm then play till about 4am then sleep thru the reset period!! Probably not the best routine but was finding it worked for me, but since my internet down for a few days thats gone right out the window!!
Thank you Boss and thank you Big Boss!! Hopefully my internet should be back tomorrow so I can grind in the comfort of my own home and not have to play a few hands as and where I can, hence the very low volume like 33 hands in one day!! This is also why I have not been updating this as often as I would like to as not worth talking about in my opinion.
What I have played has been pretty up and down, lost 4.5 bi the other day but manged to claw it back to just under 2 so was happy with that, I even dropped down a stake just so I didnt hit stop loss so quick. The graph is the last few days play thought i would just stick them all together as volume is poor.
Played a little today but nothing massive but did turn a lil profit tho so thats better than a punch in the cream crackers.

Simple update tonight, 3k hands and down 1.5 bi, but mainly my own fault played so bad tonight, bluffed in wrong spots, calling when I should not, etc etc. In my defence I did not win a single flip tonight, which tilted me so bad. Anyway enough shit chat, sorry Jon I mean chit chat, I'm off to bed!
