I had to open my bloody big mouth didnt I!!!!!!! Haha! Since my update post last weekend the fish have been slapping their ridiculous draws right in the face ha! I have probably played abt 3k hands this week over 3 sessions and lost every session! I am only down abt 2.5 buy ins but compared to my run recently it feels worse Im only messing really as I know I have run good the last month or so and knew it couldnt last forever! Im not worried or anything as it is just variance but I have literally lost 90% of all ins this week and been in front 70% of the time! Thats pokerrrrrr as they say! Still enjoying it!

2.5bi over 3 losing sessions, ill take that any day of the week mate. Just rack up another 20-30k hands and lets see where that gets ya!

Hello people remember me..??

Jon's new volume log has inspired me to get logging again! I lost touch with this log a bit when i started playing on sky as it doesnt support hem2 so i cant post any graphs etc...........so thought it may be a bit boring for people! So to counteract that i have made a sort of prop bet against myself and im also going to talk more about other interests etc!

So the main reason i havent logged is because i have been dieting super HARD as i go on holiday in September! Ive gone from 14st 4lb to 11st 11lb in the last 16 weeks! The last 8 of which has seen me following a plan from one of the top fitness coaches in the uk Jordan Peters! He has had me training twice per day at 6am and 6pm which along with a full time job has left me very little free time! But im pretty much where i want to be for my hols now so can ease up and play more poker again yayyyyy!

Pokervwise things have been going relatively good! Since my post about my big upswing i OBV started losing haha! But only dropped about 6 buyins (£120) in abt as many sessions! Ive now climbed back up to where i was before so at an all time high at the mo! I started out depositing £400 into sky and im sitting at just over £850 now!

So on to my little propmotivation bet! Me and the Mrs have just booked up to Vegas for next September! It cost £1600 without spending money! So my aim is to get a free holiday from poker! It is just a great thought to me of going to Vegas and online poker paying for it! And its not a huge amount of money so totally doable! Obviously i cant post graphs etc so i think i might try and screenshop my rollbalance to keep you updated! Wish me luck!!

Great to hear about Sky. Not surprised tho as it is a bit of a goldmine! Shame you cant brag graphs but tbh the bottom line is profit so a pretty graph doesnt mean all tht much.

Yeah i never realised how much cud be made just from rake until you posted it! Just insane and def pushed me to put in a bit more volume!

4 tabled for about 2.5 hours tonight (no idea how to estimate number of hands..??)! Had one of those losing sessions that felt like a win! Literally everything went wrong and was down about 3 buy ins after 30 mins but managed to grind my way back and finished down about £3.00 😁

Hey guys! Not a great deal of volume tonight as i was at gym then parents for tea but managed to squeeze in 1.5 hrs 4 tabling! Ended up 1.5 buy ins but another feel good session as i was down right up until the end! Happy grinding people!

Just played a short but action packed session! 5 times i had JJ or better and was up against a bigger pair with no overs on flop! And somehow i managed to finish the session up 2 buyins (£40.00)! Another relatively small win but i am more than happy with consistant small wins! That puts my vegas fund just over £900 and my target for end of Aug was £1k so slow and steady!

Just played a 2.5hr session and ended up down a buyin! Very frustrating session as i was up all the way then lost a 400bb pot right at the end with AA all in pre! The kid couldnt possibly fold AKs for 200bb pre flop could he..?? And then once he obviously mindlessly donks his chips in he has the nut flush by the turn!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

Oh and im in the top 200 of the rake race for the first time! My life is now complete

Hey guys! I didnt play anymore yesterday as I went to the gym late afternoon then Saturday night is my 'forget about the diet' night haha! So i just chilled with the mrs, watched a film and ATE!!!!!!!!

Had a lie in this morning then got up and headed to the gym! Gonna hav some food and then grinddd for the rest of the day! Gl everyone!

Good news is I have added an extra table to my grind so just played a cpl hours of 5 tables! On the downside the last few sessions have been super yawnnnnnnn! Up until today I have been wining all the small pots then losing the two biggest of the session making me break even slightly down! Today exact opposite! Sitting watching the fish get it in super light then every pot against me they have it! And im running crap at all ins pre! Todays session was saved by a biggggg 450bb pot where i had the nut flush and was against second nut flush! But he played it soooo bad so unlucky haha! Just gotta keep grinding and when i run good im gonna win huuge

Just snuck in another session and ended 2.5 buyins up which puts me back to my vegas roll high with some decent volume this weekend! Gonna chill now and not play any tonight!

Just had a quick hour long session and pinched 1.5 buyins! Might play a little more later on see how I feel!

God I hate this game at times haha! Had two sessions since last update where I have played poorly but ran even worse!! Dropped 6 buyins over the two sessions! Grrrrrrrrr

Hey Jon sorry have been busy over bank hol etc so not been on! Yeah that pizza is insanely good ha!

Since my last update I had another losing session where I dropped 4 buyins! It is not a true 10 buyin downswing as I have been playing some 30nl and dbl buyin 20nl tables! But still hurts haha! In answer to your question Jon I have ran bad but looking at it productively I have let my bad run affect me a little and started calling off a little lighter etc which is not good!

To steady the ship a bit I hav started only playing 20nl 100bb tables and keeping to 4 tables! Just to stop the rot and start and build back up hopefully ha! Played a session yesterday and won a buyin! So bankroll sits at 750 ish!

I still have my roll sitting in my Ipoker account but I hav never touched it since plyn on sky as I just much prefer it! I'm thinking abt trying a new site where I can use a HUD and track things better! Still play sky too but get the best of both if you know what I mean! Jons vids on bet victor hav tempted to try there as I have never played on there yet! Plus it shud make this blog a little more interesting if I can get some sexy graphs up!
