Kashclicks: Playing tourney on BetVic 18:00 CET, my tourney table keeps shutting down about 6 times now, wonder if anyone else is experiencing this ?

I thought so, it seems to happen during the first part of a tourney or cash games. But last night I played for quite a while and it stopped doing it. Noticed 3 or 4 players were disconnected at the same time on one of my tourney tables yesterday, so it is the site's malfunction, it would seem.

Happened again today.
Closed my tourney lobby for no reason.
And then my whole table was disconnected, except me.
Sadly they reconnected.

Hello!

Very dissapointed and tilted about what has been going on with me on Betvictor.

I tired withdrawing my money to neteller 11.1.2016, i asked the support chat next day why the money havent arrived yet and that is there a problem?
I have withdrawn money from poker to netwallets before and i have almost always gotten it right away, this is why i asked.
My answer was "please allow 1-3 banking days for us to process the withdrawal".

I now waited 3 days and asked them again , and the answer i get is , "please send in Verification documents or we cannot process the money".

Furious.... i do the verification process alot so this is no problem to me but whats pissing me off is that i asked them if there is a problem and they ask me to please wait.

Lets continue..

I send in the documents 1 minute after i got asked to do this, asked them to please hurry up the process and they told me they would mark it as urgent.

Nothing happens, i take contact again and they tell me they havent recieved any email , please send it again.


I later understood the problem was that i am registered with storlund.jonatan@gmail.com and when i send an email it says storlundjonatan@gmail.com ( theese both mails are the exact same one, linked together i can logg in on both of them with the same password and it takes me to the same account displaying as storlundjonatan@gmail.com ).

I asked to speak with the duty manager and he joined, i explained everything to him and he forwarded the information.

BUT he is telling me there is a que and there is noway he can put me first even after all this trouble caused.

I later finally got a reply, and they tell me this

"For security reasons the E-mail address you provide must match our records. Please reply from your registered E-mail address, or provide the following information to enable us to update your email address to your current address."

This again after i explained it to several different guys, providing them with the information needed , they said forwarded to the correct department.

I have now sent in the info AGAIN.

I was ranked 20th on the rakerace , and now i have been unable to play , dropping position everyday....

I have raked 1500€ on this site in 2 weeks.....

I even tried to deposit more money on the site to be able to keep playing while the verifying process is going on, BUT THEY LOCKED IN THAT MONEY TOO!

im dropping positions on the rakerace by miles and i have no money to play with on any other site to keep it going cuz everything is locked in on betvictor....


I am pissed.

Just let me play....

@Kashclicks - There have been various disconnections over the past 72 hours. Note that this is not an issue caused by BetVictor but rather by the network. If you have hand id's from hands you were disonnected in or a tournament id, please send this into help@betvictor.com and a member of our support team will forward them onto the network support team to look into.

@ProJondi - First of all, all emails received by our support team need to come from a players registered email address, this is common practice in the industry.

With regards to your documents, I have chased this up for you and found that our responsible gaming team have emailed you to request further documents. Please let me know once you have submitted the new documents and I will attempt to expedite the process for you.

Ok someone needs to contact me on skype so we can sort this out, this is going no where.

I have send all documents right away when iv been asked to do so , and keep waiting all day for a respond , but nothing. and i get theese same answers everytime , no one understands my problem.

I've had issues with emails like that before. On Gmail having a dot in between names doesn't change anything, it's the same e-mail but you get issues like the above

And just waiting for the 2 AM, BVC Free Play League to start.

Wonder why they have it at such a late night time for Europe,
it is ideal for Eastern Canada, 8am, 2pm and 8pm, just perfect.

Kashclicks - The league is paid out within the first seven days of the month. At the end of each leaderboard, we need to send off collusion checks to the MPN's Security and Fraud team to look into; this is what delay's us making the payments on 1st of each month.

As for the tournament on Friday, there was a 2am one? You are right in saying that this tournament caters for players in other time zones. IMO it's the best tournament to play as registrations aren't that high and there's a better chance for you to accrue points.

By the way, for any BetVictor Club related queries, please make a post in our forum for a quicker response.
