Hello mates , signed in StanJames poker a few days ago , still on my PokerVIP profile there's "No Rake Data Available" and my screenname isn't confirmed , why ?

Did you give your details over to an agent when you signed up? If not, please email over your original screen name (name at the tables not login) + email used for sign up to Keri@PokerVIP.com and I will set up the rakeback and make sure the account is set up properly for you.

After that, once you have raked on the account and the report comes in, your screen name will show as confirmed and your rake data will show. Please note to add your screen name and not your login on your dashboard. If its wrong you can just delete and re-add.

why brazilian players cant play on your site? there are a lot of players here i cant see any reason for that .

All rooms have restricted countries due to regulations etc. We have some great alternatives for you on the Microgaming network though. Both Betvitcor and Betway accept players from Brazil. The deals are very similar to Stan James and have the same sotware/player pool.

If someone already added it in then that's fine. As explained in my email, it can take a bit of time to show your rake data and for your screen name to show as confirmed. When the next report is in from Stan James basically. If it does not show by the end of the week, let me know.
