apparently this site is no longer available in the uk - any idea how to get funds off as website wont allow account access

Hi Evansmg00,

EuropeBet have blocked the UK due to Point of Consumption Tax (POCT) regulation - this levies a 15% tax on revenue from players located in the UK. EuropeBet don't seem to wish to pay this tax and therefore have just blocked UK players.

So the thing to do would be to get in touch with EB support and say the following:

1) The block for UK player only exists due to EB wanting to be tax efficient.
2) The 15% due to POCT only applies to revenue generated from players within the UK - you do not intend to play or generate any revenue. Hence EB has no tax liability from allowing you to login and withdraw your funds.
3) EB should then allow you to login and withdraw your balance - then shutdown your account.

If you still have issues I can personally look into this for you.

Have tried to contact but looks like support no longer use viber and don't have an email for them on the site just a landing page saying site not accessible.

Sorry to be a pain but can you raise it with them? If they can close the acct and ship remaining funds that would be great

Any infos on Rake structure and rake type here ?
Found out only that theres 5% rake on all limits with a cap of 3GEL at Micros, 4 at smallstakes and 5 at midstakes and higher.

Given that, the rake is lower than 888 for example, BUT my PT4 is showing ~20-30bb/100 in rake paid contributed/attributed.
I would love to get some info on that.

Best thing for you to do here, is contact Europebets support. Go to their website here scroll to the button and click contact us. They have support via Viber which is the quickest way to get in touch.
