For me personally I think checking the river is fine. I think part of the reason you can even call the turn is that you are assuming that sometimes it will go X/X on the river and you will win with A high. You need 33% equity to continue on the river. Not knowing he has a worse flush draw you have 9 outs to the nut flush, so that is ~18-19%, so you still need another 14-15%. You have 3 ace outs so that is another ~6% but your pair of aces is not good 100% of the time so maybe you only realize 4-5% of that, so now you are up to lets say 22-23%. You have 3 Q outs for another 6% which also won't realize at 100% so again another 4-5% so you are at about 26-27% equity on the turn. So you have to be winning some percentage of the time in another fashion to even be able to make the call on the turn. So its either by checking down on the river and winning versus give ups that you beat or your idea of leading out as a bluff. TBH not even sure you get to the 33% you need with all that, so versus a pot size bet on the turn you may need to just give this up. Not too sure. Think that boils down to how much he is 2 barrel bluffing and giving up on the river, which seeing he has 2s3s here, seems to be a lot.

So leading out as a bluff: I personally don't like this combo cuz you block some of the main hands that you would want him to fold by having spades. Really not sure what else you would have that you could bluff lead with in this spot. You would probably want something with 1 heart, but doubt you even have anything. I kind of feel whatever about the heart, but feel like the K would be better for him overall. I don't think I would have a leading range here, other than maybe binked backdoor flushes and even then not sure I would lead. Curious to see what other say about that part of it

I would 3bet bigger, but I wouldn't be bluffing much out of position versus a fishy type. I'd bet flop harder, more like 35c and check turn, you'd be surprised how many checks behind you get, then evaluate river. Personally I would give it up.

3bet to 32c at least, flop cbet around 80% pot and call it off if they shove, but as played check/call turn and give up river would be my plan.
