Don't have much info about villain but stands with 56/6 vpip/pfr in 36 hands.Seems like kind of loose passive guy. What would be your river decision here?

River seems like a trivial fold against a passive player, they tend to call with their medium strength hands and bet out when they have a lock. I expect to see very few bluffs on the river and no worse hands betting for value. They can have all sets, two pairs and AQ+.

Preflop and flop are totally fine (though I'd go with a bigger sizing against a passive player who likely has a static calling range).

As for the turn, you can't really muck this hand vs. sizing though I'm not thrilled when a passive player starts leading into me and therefore river is a pretty easy fold.

I couldn't find many bluffs in villain's range OTR.I don't have much stats but certain villain types aggression means something almost always.Beside of that, hands such as 54s,54o got extra equity OTT and river completed them as well.I ended up folding the river against this size.

I would fold the river. Usually this line by a passive player indicates two pair or better or a draw such as 54.

Calling the turn when a draw appears is fine but even if 54 whiffs and he bets the river I would still fold.
