I don't think I'm changing anything at all if I'm in your shoes. I never underestimate villains ability to go bonkers with strong top pair hands at these limits, QT obviously would make a lot of sense, some people will go nuts with hands like KJ here as well so our opponent I don't think is limited to sets here although they will show up with them fairly frequently of course. I'm never planning on folding here though so I like your flop raise and then we just get it in when we get reraised.

The only thing I might consider doing differently is to fold preflop against tougher opponents (super hard to make small pairs profitable OOP vs. someone with range advantage), but given the micro stakes setting I think your line is as close to optimum as you can ever hope to get. .

Always getting a set in here vs unknown. There are so may worse hands villain will show up with here like overpairs, strong TP and draws that you should be very happy getting the money in. There are of course 6 combos of better sets but many players will play QQ a lot slower and even is they have all the sets its not enough to offset all the hands you beat against an unknown. Against a tight reg this spot gets a lot more dicey since they won't be overplaying many hands.

I can't think of any reason to do anything different. Against a confirmed nit I would think it's worth considering check calling the flop with no flush draw out there.

The suggestion to possibly consider folding pre by @MattVIP is valid, but I still call all my small pocket pairs from the BB when playing micro stakes as standard for 100bb stacks. I think it's still profitable even against the regs as long as you don't start getting yourself into trouble post flop when you whiff the flop.
