Post says 50NL but graphic says 25NL. If it is 25NL then folding will be standard. We don't expect villain to be value betting overpairs or bluffing enough. He can have 8x but it won't be often.

As it's pretty much a min raise peeling one can't be horrible but I would definitely fold the river.

Baluga theorem to the rescue. Peeling one with the odds you got is obviously not terrible but I think folding here might be better depending on the population tendencies (and/or the info you had on the villain).
