Looks fine to me, I may just call the river instead of raising as I don't know what worse hands call us when we raise.

Pre: Standard open.

Flop: I would be tempted to continue betting here as a decent portion of opponents will fold A/K high type hands here and are not raising their unimproved PP's, when we have position there are a lot of great runouts here for us so our fold equity plus future bluffing potential/actual equity make this a nice C-bet spot IMO.

Turn: As played I am calling here, raising here folds out all his bluffs and keeps in all his strong value hands.

River: This is actually kind of close. Calling seems nitty but raising seems like we are folding out a massive part of his range that we beat so getting value seems kind of difficult. If we are raising and we are planning on folding to a reraise then I don't mind it, I definitely would not hate just calling though as nitty as it seems.

I like the flop check. I would expect to get floated too often by overcards and Ax stuff.

Turn call with top pair is standard.

The river without reads feels like a call against an unknown. If the caller was in the BB then he would have many more worse Qx in his range to get value from. Here it looks too close, but maybe a min raise could level him into calling worse.
