For some reason its not letting me post the Jpeg image of the hand. (see link below)

As party of my Journey I have told my self to post a couple of hands a week.

Hand on imgur

So MP is very TAG and button is new to the table, I think i look pretty tight but people on this site mass multi table and are not paying attention to image.

Turn
- X Raise due to the image of the MP player and I do not want hands like A7, KJto get there. I know from MP it is unlikely he has A7o but just an example.

River
- We make two pair I feel like i am ahead because if MP had flopped a flush I think he would have clicked it back on the turn.
- At the same time I do not want to get bluffed of my hand, if i go half pot on the river i leave roughly $2 behind which is awful if he goes all in. So I went for the all in because we have less then a pot size bet.
- Some people also call down very light for example with under pairs to the board, if this is a thinking player he may read the all in as weak.

Villain thinks for 20 seconds and folds.

What do you think about the river/turn?

Hey,

I guess there is no need for agression here. you have a fine bluff catcher and if villain is agressive he will barrel 3 streets with his hand.

Your c/r sizing is a tad too small for my taste. He gets almost direct odds if he has the Ac or floped a set.

On the river, I do not like your shove at all. I guess that you mostly get action from hands that beat you. He will call with all his flushes and some sets. His 1 pair hands on the other hand will fold as you look sooo strong.

In your resoning you contradict yourself a bit... when you are willing to risk your stack by going all in, you should be willing to call it off against an agressive reg as well. By checking you give him the opportunity to bluff again and exctract value, especially as you look very weak if you do so.

FG gave you a great understanding of when and how to bluffcatch.

If he has a club like AKcx he's only going to get there 1 time in 6, and it's an easy fold for us. Pot would have been 3.35, we lose about 65c in equity by giving a free card. But if he bluffs just 1 time in 6 when he misses, we gain that entire bet, prob around $2+. People are always scared to give a free card when there is often more money to be made in giving V enough rope to hang himself.

(Exact math would tke into account the times we didn't improve otr and got him to fold an OP or better J, but I'm not in the business of getting people to fold TP+, that doesn't happen enough imo to make it worthwhile.)

You also mentioned ott you didn't want KJcx to "get there", but it's already there, he's ahead of you and were you turning your hand into a bluff? Probably not, I think your mind went in two separate directions there. (It happens to all of us.)
