It's a weird spot. You could bet really small hoping he calls us with something like AxXs that he played this way or a flush but I don't think he'd call with those hands so we're only getting ourselves in a weird spot if he raises because we aren't really able to fold having about 60bb in our stack before making the bet. So to get out of variance's way I'd just check back and see what happens, maybe because I'm a nit in spots like these IDK.

Villains hand is face up to being a flush or possible a missed nut draw. So just jam for value

I would just jam. After potting 2 streets, he's not liking that river card... A small bet might get you called by Ax, but with the shove, I'd say there is a good chance of him calling with all his flushes although he can't be too happy with it... If he can go broke with TPMK, in 60 hands, I'd be confident he would call with a lot here

Vs villain u described I think this is like they used to say in the good old days "fistpumpshove as fast as u can" spot. A lot of flushes will call ,maybe some stubborn AK ,AQ will call ,and if not then he will be even more curious the next time u shove river thinking "he cant have it again"
