Hello i played SnG,and want advice how should i play this hand properly,i loose on this hand all chhips.

Guy bet first,i re-raise because T9 is at flop,posible draw,than he re-raise me.At turn come A,he go all in,i knew that i be beaten,but i am on tilt,and if i fold i only left with 500 chips.

I know so little about SnGs, but more importantly from what you've said in your post, you need some mental game help. Click the link, study and see how you get on with that.

If you know you are beat then you should fold basically.

Nothing wrong with just having 500 chips either in a SnG. It will be a common thing and you can still comeback and win with such a stack.

Yes,last few days i am on big tilt,i play evry day and feeling like i am overplaying.
