Preflop is ok though you could argue that the approach of not having a calling range vs. UTG (especially one with 13% PFR) is the way to go.
You can't really go wrong on the flop given how much equity do you have, but I like calling. I feel like it can cause more mistakes from the opponent than just going over the top and flipping vs. the top of his range.
Turn is close given the sizing. You don't have good enough immediate odds vs. the top of villain's range (you're getting like 2 to 1 and you have roughly 22% equity vs. top set) so it's just a question of how wide is he raising here. I suspect the answer to this question is 'extremely narrow' and I'd be inclined to fold here vs. 13% PFR nit.
