I play this hand the same way against a fish, they can get it in with worse Qx and draws, sure sometimes they will have 2 pair or A5 but GG. I'd play it the same.

I'd make the flop bigger to around 24bb with the plan to shove non-heart turns.

if turn is heart. how will you play the whole hand? will you check/fold turn?

i think sizing are not good here, if you bet 1/2 a pot otf, you would have 2:1 spr ott, if you bet 1/2 pot ott, you have nearly pot size shove otr. If you bet like this you are commited ott with 37bb left, and in case you get called you have only 37bb left otr spr is low than.

also we are a bit deeper his holdings include pp and A5s

Yeah agree with Nikola07 about the sizings, I like a 3 street game better against the weaker player, to keep his range a bit wider. Never folding OTT.

Against a massive fish I don't think a poor SPR is a problem at all. Vs a reg it sucks getting to the river with a tiny SPR and no fold equity but that's exactly what we want against a fish. On this turn I don't think somebody who looks like he's playing over half of all hands is going to fold much more to a bigger sizing so I think the sizing is good and allows us to GII profitably on 100% of rivers which a smaller sizing might not.

On a heart turn against this guy you probably play the hand the same and expect to GII vs lots of 1 pair, pair+draw, random flop calls that picked up a FD OTT and then all the hands that beat you, so fine looking to GII I think still with the Qh.
