Id probably be more inclined to just call preflop and allow the fish in rather than 3bet , as'long as hes unlikely to squeeze. I agree with you about betting the turn , id be betting there atleast 1/2pot and trying for value on the river aswell maybe 1/3 pot or something to allow them to call with very wide ranges. As played i think river is a fold i dont think player 9 ever turns up with worse here.
