I think you should raise here. Your hand is kinda disguised and it seems like your opponent is a recreational player that might not be able to fold one of the many possible straight combos etc. Sure from time to time you'll run into a cooler here and I'd proceed with caution vs. a reg, but I feel like you have to raise here vs. recreational.

Against a 40/10 fish raising here is fine as I expect 5x never to fold and maybe even sets.

Against 2 regs calling the river bet would be a better option.

OP, minor point about language, but you do know that "nuts" means the absolute best hand, right? Cuz you have far from it here. Not even the nut flush, to say nothing about boats.

Still you should raise cuz V is a clown, but if he was a reg, I think I'd just call, because I don't expect him to make as many mistakes.

I'd raise small for value here but there are some players I would just call against. Like @CycleVancouver mentioned your hand is actually pretty far from the nuts. By raising on the small side you guarantee action from all the weaker hands in his range like 6x or possibly even worse hands like pairs while making a larger raise like a shove for example (go big or go home!) will probably only getting calls from flushes or better and you probably have the worse flush possible here.
