AKs 25nl

I went a bit too small with my sizing here.
Opponent is relatively unknown, stats seem fairly normal.

I'd fold pretty quickly to the raise and expect villain to have 2 pair or better an absurd amount of the time with some combo draws mixed in. I'd also be checking either flop or turn since AK is not a hand I want to bet bet bet with on this board texture super deep against someone who coldcalled a 3bet and called a 4bet.

This deep I don't 4betting AK without reads OOP, I don't think it's too wise

The flop I would check, again I don't want to build a big pot this deep OOP on that board. Turn is an easy fold once shoved on. I dislike the turn bet, think you played this hand way too fast and overplayed your holdings.

I think you got a little busy with this one. I'd slow down on the flop I don't want to start getting fizzy TPTK on that board and if I did bet it would be smaller sizing.
I agree chk/f turn to, far too much aggro for my little heart to cope with.

This is a 3b btw. The guy just Iso raises the limp so his range is pretty wide at that point.

Don't mind it until the turn. Think when you bet you are only called or raised by better or something with hella equity. Don't mind a check shove as he pot commits himself with his draws, though really i expect to see sets, 2ps or better most of the time with, as dragon said, a couple combos.

Fine to 3bet pre, think flop is fine to bet too, got a fish behind who limp called a cold 3bet, so he's probably called with T high for the gutshot lol. When he folds and BTN calls, tread carefull IMO. Checking turn see a lot of draws check behind so it could even be a X/F turn, ask other people for that one. but a check behind and a river brick probably sees me show my hand.

Hi guys,

I like Hero's preflop and flop play. I would recommend underbet/folding this turn with the intention of checking back most rivers.

cheers guys some very helpful comments there!

Not a great texture. Hand is vulnerable enough that we should cbet multi-way, but sizing can be smaller. Helps us to barrel again on the turn and not give free cards.

If we get raised at any point on this texture we should be folding.
