Just a flop question!

Against a limper, is it ok to check this flop OOP after we iso pre as we have a tonnes of equity? If I bet, I guess he'll fold all his weak SC's, small PP's & junk.. Or is it better to try get value off his weak K's, J's & flush draws?

Should we always raise when he bets?

I'd just go ahead and lead, we can take the pot down now + build a pot if we hit on the turn and river.

I don't like c-c because it's a little too weak and we can get bluffed off if we miss our draw. It's usually always best to be the aggressor OOP.

Straight up bet is fine but checking is also pretty nice to have.

In this spot just call and basically call down on a ton of run outs and raise if we hit the flush.

C betting has to be best. Limpers will likely have most combos of Ax, and I don't like the idea of 'trapping' with one pair when there's value and the opportunity to build the pot in case the flush comes in.

I would never worry about making him fold the bottom of his range to any aggression.

I would cbet for sure, you'd be amazed at what they call with and there're lots of nice draws available here.
As played, given the limper donks out I'd raise 3x and see how he likes them apples! Smile

Definitely a lead here for me. Lots of draws and 2 pair type hands that may want to give action, plus straight draws. Build a pot and don't be afraid to get it in. You have tonnes of equity yes but also against worse draws you can have lots of implied odds too.

Pretty reasonable spot to check. It's unlikely one option has a way higher EV than the other. Without the NFD to go with it I'd usually check, since it's hard to get 3 streets.

Anyway, with the NFD, I guess betting is probably slightly better just in the hopes we can stack this guy if we make the nuts. But it's not like checking is super bad here or anything.
