Once I 3bet with JJ if I get 4 bet I'm pretty much shoving the hand in these spots. I don't want to play a bloated pot OOP with JJ, really going to be hard to play so well.

Once you flat the 4bet there's no other way you can play this hand, villain's bet sizing was perfect if he had KK-AA. River I would fold too as I really don't expect to see worse here.

I think the mistake was flatting the 4bet, shoving is way better.

3bet is standard. I agree with harvie, JJ is not an optimal hand OOP to play a big pot with. So with no read on your opponent it is a jam or a fold. But I would almost always lean towards jamming in that spot. We will be flipping most of the time. So we are in decent shape.
