NL10 AQ

Pre standard. Flop is maybe a bit loose but too many draws not to fire even multiway.

Turn the nitty button donks. He's never donked the turn before. I call to boat or check back rivers basically if he was trying to steal it cheap and/or worry me into a check back so he gets a cheaper showdown.

His 3bet is straight forward from what he's shown down so QQ+ and AK is less likely. His range I think is JT, 66, KQ most likely. KQ is probably raising flop as well so looks like nuts when he jams.

I've no idea how I've got so many hands on this guy. Will need to do a review on his game. He's obviously been on a lot of my tables quietly and slipped under my radar up to now.

Pretty sick Puke Obviously can't say for sure, but I think he has JT. If he is like most nits that I know, I think if he had 66 or KQ he would have raised the flop, especially if he had 66, seeing as there are 2 Broadways, possible straight and flush draws there and a bet and call in front of him. I know we can never be 100% sure. but in my experience with guys like this, when they hit they try and get it in as fast as possible. He donks on the A so that appears to be his gin card. I think he 3bets enough that he doesn't have AK or AA, so that leaves AQ for a chop or A6, which I don't know if he would be donking then shoving with. So pretty sure he has the nuts.

I think its a fold with that kind of a guy as I think it is pretty thin the stuff that we beat

Why did you bet flop? We don't get called by loads worse and OTT when we don't improve we are going to what? Check call? Check fold? Neither feel nice but betting would be even worse. AP probably find a nutty looking fold and curse I didn't check the flop as we get to SD much cheaper if we had

The flop is a standard check call heads up, but here even more so multiway. So hard to get called by worse.

Turn bet is obviously fine when you bink.

River is a fold against such a tight opponent, I seriously doubt he's playing A6 this way.

I'm surprised this is such a clear check call for everyone. As I say at the top I think its loose cbet but not crazily so. I want value and protection from clubs, JT, QJ, QT, Q9, AJ, AT. Air is not overfloating multiway either is it. I think on a wet board multiway I have a limited amount of check calls.

KQ is blocked a lot, QQ+ unlikely given preflop action. 66 is possible and some Kx but given nitty button I doubt he calls super wide. If positions were reversed with looser player in the BB then he has a load more Kx he would overcall but here I think the Kx combos are more limited.

I'd love the critique of this though.

My cbet range would be 2 pair +, TPTK, sets, OESD, NFD, 2nd pair top kicker (although that is not always a bet). Check call would be just pairs with weaker kickers (infrequently), check raise with some weaker FD's, GS+Ace+BDFD something like that, fold everything else.

My range work is not great, not so much in ranging villains I think but more in constructing my ranges.

Kj kjs kts kq k9s.... What do you do when you miss OTT? You should not be betting much at all multiway in this board texture, most of the time we check way more in mw pots, we need this in our x/c range. Idm giving clubs a free card as they call anyway and we aren't betting turn once called so they see the river for the price. Therefore bet turn if you want to protect against them, give them same odds and 50% less chance of hitting. The fact they won't float isn't good when we are betting also as we have a tougher spot OTT as he can bet FD and to and we have no idea what to do.

Check call is probably 3x the EV of betting im
