I don't mind the check on the turn.

As we expect villain to bet his strong hands following our check we can probably make a very small value bet on the river.Maybe around 70c.

Betting turn against this loose player is also probably fine. We get to keep control of the hand and choose the bet size and don't expect him to bluff any worse showdown value on the river when we check.

Pre and flop are both pretty standard obviously.

Turn I think I prefer betting here, while it is not a great board for us we are still going to have the best hand here the majority of the time, villain can have connected with that K reasonably often and has to call off another bet, he can show up with Kx of hearts, hands like KQ with overcards to the flop and gutshots etc. all of which will likely be calling again so going for value seems better than checking IMO. If we get raised here we have a fairly straight forward fold.

River is close, I think I probably check it as well as played. With 4 to a straight on board hoping to get value here seems optimistic at best. I would be check calling any reasonable bet here though.
