I experimented with decent results betting turn and river here.

I think at 30NL a lot of the regs will still blindly fire the flop with their Ax combos once you appear to give up, but they should be able to find a lot of folds with 99 88 type hands on the river knowing that you have plenty of Ax combos for SB 3 betting BTN that won't always c bet.

As played I'm not sure about the river but would probably just check expecting little fold equity.
