Yeah I'd be folding here, J high is not going to do well against their range. If they 3 bet a lot in the blinds, muck these hands and raise/ 4bet shove strong Ax hands.

Any hand needing implied odds to play well post flop isn't going to be happy playing under 35bb deep effective. The only exceptions are small pocket pairs which play well when all in equity is an important factor.

Like Harvie says, just look to mainly defend by 4 bet shoving hands which will do well against his range. Calling for part of your defending range will be correct but I'll let somebody else chip in on that because I'm not 100% sure.
