bet turn, bet/fold river for value.
Flop w/e vs fish, but bigger if cbet.

Against a passive player this should be a simple bet, bet, bet line to get maximum value from our hand.

As played, I would most likely be raising the river for value against their small bet.

At the micros, don't think about folding out certain parts of their range, just get the money in the pot as fast as you can with big hands that how you will make money.

Pre: Standard as you said.

Flop: I like betting here but not for the reasons that you have given. He will have some worse Jx, along with some gutshot/open ender type hands that can peel at least once so we are betting for value here. Folding out underpairs of unsuited connectors without a flush adds very little value to our bet since they are drawing so slim against us. I like your sizing here though, I would not be going much bigger ever.

Turn: Not a bad card for us but not amazing either, I like betting again here for value. He will have hit the K sometimes with hands like KT, and also may have picked up a flush draw with some other combos he can show up with that will encourage him to call another street. Note - If we get raised here we probably have to fold unfortunately.

River: If turn goes bet/call from us then I would be leading here again on any card that is not a club, K, Q, T or 9. Again, if we are raised on the river then we fold our hand. On any of the cards that are listed above then we should be checking and making a decision based on villains sizing if he opts to make a bet.

I would usually lean towards checking the flop with a strong second pair, but this guy looks fishy enough that betting works well too. Most of the time we can fire twice which should put him off bluffing the river if he ever feels like it.

The turn simply has to be a value bet. Allowing villain to freeroll a club on us is a disaster. Not to mention that we want 3 streets of value with such a strong hand. If villain checks and no money goes in then we're going to be hurting our win rate a lot if this is constantly repeated.
