I would be x-f the river if you didn't make two pair. I don't mind the turn bet so much to charge PP with a flush draw and we have one ourselves, don't like a check-calling because I feel we'll get owned by better Ax hands that bet and pocket pairs check behind.

Villain looks regish so I wouldn't be playing this hand for a call or 3 bet bluff.AJs I would call with though. If you think villain can fold pre then combos like 98s -54s works well as your bluff range given how clear your turn barreling range will be. With weaker Ax you're going to run into kicker problems more often than you think versus UTG.

For the kicker reason I don't mind check calling or c betting this flop, but once we bet I like the barrel. And as Harive said I would check fold the river if the J doesn't come.

AJ is a fine hand to bluff 3bet with against UTG. Keep in mind that it's essentially a bluff though. You're obviously ahead on an A-high board vs. range and you're kinda priced in for a value bet, but once the villain calls twice I'd get away from the hand on the river if I didn't hit that second pair.
