Not quite sure if I played this ok versus a 20/10 reg and a bad player 30/10 in bb. Raise turn or call? Villain's bets are weak but my nice turn may have hit a draw as well.
On the other hand, there're lots worse things that can call my raise on this board.

Thanks. Smile

I'd be calling down here, I don't like raising because if they come over the top I think we're behind and I'd be folding. If you raise and player 4 calls, we're behind also. I don't think our hand is as strong as we think 3-way but interested in what others have to say.

It's a call on the turn. Only 6 combos of trips beat you (we'll assume it's not aces as they're raising preflop, and not jacks as they aren't donk betting the flop... usually). There are 12 combos of 2 pair you have beat (assuming not T6). Plus while you block both flush draws there are still plenty out there, plus other Ax hands and maybe chopping with AJ. If you raise and get jammed on, or the button calls, you're in a tough spot so call turn with your entire continuing range, including stronger hands like trips to protect the weaker calls, and draws. The river may be a tough spot depending on the players left, the river card, and the bet size if you face one. Remember you block flush draws and you do have better hands in this spot, AA, JJ, TT, 66. But that said, I'm probably still calling down.

I like the way you're thinking gentlemen, thank you for the advice. I think the blocking flush draws kinda sold it for me.

Thanks again. Yes

With UTG betting into two players for a second street, I think raising becomes a little bit too loose here. We're not going to be wild about facing a jam if we raise and I think we fold out most if not all worse made hands.

I would call and call most rivers except one that brought a 4 line straight, or maybe complete the diamond flush.

I dont agree with you guys. The donk on the turn from SB looks weakish. Set 66 usually raise the flop after bet and call infront. And he shouldnt overcall many KQ after bet and call with FD on board. Looks like a bet that want to give himself a good price. The other problem with flatting is that we will not only give SB a good price to draw but also give BTN a REALLY good price to draw. Im not to worried about value cutting my self vs BTN either since he shouldnt call that many KQ. With both of the players having such a big calling range pre they will have plenty of suited hands in their range and we need to charge all those FD's.

And we are the only person that is 100% uncapped from nuts and all the sets. So we dont have to be worried about getting bluff raised bc we have such a strong range.

Ill leave the calling for my weaker hands that can improve like AK AQ.

@Prostaker Good point on the small bet size, I completely missed that.

I liked the idea of blocking flush draws etc., but as I metnioned in opening the bets just looked weak. so I thought I was likely good and as @Prostaker said, plenty can call a raise on that runout but I would be wary of a diamond river, of course.

Getting bluffed raised here wasn't part of my thinking, particularly at this level on anonymous tables, just happens so rarely I don't bother.

I thought after taking some time that calling was a bit too slowplay and nl micro-ish, so I raised and got folds all round. Pretty ani-climatic huh!? Laugh

Thanks everybody for the input. Hug
