Is there any other option? bet folding or check folding or bet calling felt fishy.

The problem with over shoving the flop is you almost always have the hand you're holding. If you flopped a set, Jx or had QQ-AA you would not be shoving x2 flop.

I think I'd go ahead and check as that board kind of hits their range. If I were to bet it would be around $3-6.

I would probably bet 6-9 and double barrel any non T,9,8 turn the same way I would if I didn't just have the blockers ;).

I would typically bet about 1/3 pot here. It gets you some folds and it also lets you cheaply continue in the hand which is definitely something you want. Shoving just seems like overkill and I'm guessing you don't shove flop with any of your value hands so it's really easy for villain to snap you off if they know what you're doing. You also need to consider that if you bet and are raised, you're being raised in a 4bet pot which will typically be a pretty strong range to begin with so folding when you're crushing isn't a bad thing.
