Should be a little bigger pre for a squeeze, at least 60c. I would 3 bet a single player to 50-55c.

Usually I'd say give it up when you face a raise multiway on that board on a 3 bet pot, but he's obviously bad, no reg would raise that size so defending is fine. I do think your c bet size should be bigger. You can go slightly less than half pot 3 way, but with all the draws I would make it 75c at least.


I don't mind the river call because his line makes no sense. We don't expect him to bet Jx, nor do we expect him to raise Qx 3 way on the flop. Plus the draws all missed.

I think your line is perfectly fine especially given the price that you got on the river but you absolutely have to size your 3bet and cbet bigger.

I don't know about others, but with a slightly less than half pot river bet I may actually fold.
These spots are always difficult, because many bad players value lines often don't make much sense. They like to slowplay when they hit the nuts and all that.

If you call a raise in his mind and then he hits his gin card, he might rub hands together and go for a deceptive check.

The fact he raised Q9 on the flop is obviously not a great play on his part, but still I might nit out on this hand and fold to the bet size as it just looks too much like value.

And lastly, this looks like a line that a Jack might actually go for if you think about it.

Pre: I 4x when OOP vs a single raiser so with the additional caller I would be going around 70c.

Flop: I would be betting a little larger here, closer to half pot. We're not in love with our hand at all but there is still value to be had. When we do opt for the small sizing and get min raised alarm bells would be going off but I would not be folding just yet.

Turn: Checking here with the intention of check folding seems good here. Our KK will be ahead sometimes still for sure but OOP it's going to be very difficult to get this hand to showdown profitably.

River: I would lean towards folding here given how likely it is hat we are beat, I would expect villain to play Jx here the exact same way, I am a little surprised to see Qx raise the flop but after this his line makes sense. His sizing here just seems like it is going to be for value almost always.

Flop bet is fine. Vs the raise we are probably breaking even after calling min-raise. Probs ok to call but hardly making any money given the situation.

As played river check/fold is somewhat standard. We only beat bluffs and the guys is probably not bluffing with anywhere close to a high enough frequency.
