NL10 2c2s

Posted 8 years ago

Lots of aggro regs on here, this one is no different except a little tighter so far.

I'm newly moved up to nl10 yesterday so no real info.

My question is when do I pull the trigger, turn or river? A few draws out there and if villain is on one (all these guys will mostly bet draws hard with chk/raises and 3 barrels, all that fun stuff) I'll get no action later I suspect if it blanks off.

So they sit quiet but when they do play they play hardball.

Just ship the turn and see if villain wants to play?

Thanks.

I'd just shove the turn as your action might die out on river. We are representing some draws with this play too so he might be tempted to call with his top pair type hodlings and probably calls with two pair (KJ) aand he sometimes has some combo hands like KXcc or JXhh so it's a very good turn to get it in IMO.

Hi mate! pull the trigger turn! this 3 open more draws, if villain have AQs/AKs you not want only call here, then i think that pull the trigger here is perfect

Congrats on moving up!

I'd ship the turn. Based on his large turn sizing I wouldn't really expect him to fold often and you are ahead of 100% of his range. Any time he has a bluff there's no guarantee he bluffs river as well. If you're against one of his bluffs then you either force him to call when behind or you get him to fold and forfeit the equity he had in the pot, both of which are decent results.

Good, thank you eveybody. I had no info if villain would lbuff all in or something on the river so I did ship it and he snap-folded, but that's all good by me, he can't win if he folds! Laugh

Thanks again.

I'd ship the turn since we can still get action from draws as well as his stronger holdings and I think maybe the river he might slow down if either he misses his draw or a bad river hits.

I'd raise it on the turn, get it in to protect and for value
