Same villain as the Q7s hand. 4x pre I feel I can call, 3betting doesn't help me. Call with top top then nothing changes on the turn so call again. River is so small I can't fold can I?

TPTK looks like an insta call to me.

If he makes it around $7.50 then I think I can find a fold as micro players won't 3 barrel weaker Tx for value in general. Here though you're just getting too good odds to get away. Now this is the second time you've seen wacky bet sizes from him it's becoming clear he's not a competent player and you should expect to be good almost always. T9 T8 and it's tricky though.

If I'd have seen this hand first I would be turbo calling the Q7s for the small bet size in the other hand.

It's a pot odds call. He could even be value-betting a worse Tx for this sizing. In most cases we fold this hand to triple barrel, but the sizing is small enough that it should be a fairly straight-forward calldown.
