Min are pretty player dependent. A min 3bet from a 60/40 player is going to be WAY different than a min 3bet from a 18/7 or something like that but overall they're pretty weak. I would be 4betting them lighter for value but that often wouldn't include KQo. It might include KQs though.

Flop play depends on how villain is playing. Do you have any HUD stats for him? In general I'd start with a flat though and start to consider a raise if he's extra loose or stationy. I think I'd play every street the same as you. Nh.

His min raise just tells me he's a fish and doesn't know anything about bet sizing. Their range can be anything from 22-AA to A2-KQ, basically anything unless they are playing 60/4 in which case I lean their range towards value hands.

Post flop I think you played it fine, I may be betting the river if I had some stats on the player, otherwise I'd check for now and take note.

I agree that you played the hand well. Easy odds call pre vs. most players and you're just way ahead or way behind post flop so I don't see a point in raising.
