He called my 3bet. That means his hand is not strong to 4bet shove. So what can he have here? And is it good to bet here OTF, is the betsize also good? Is my 3bet size pre also ok?

I'd have bet smaller on the flop, we have the board crushed and there's not much they can call with really. Would have made it around 3,500 to try and get them to make a bad call with overhands or bluff raise.

For 9,000 they are folding everything but Tx on that board.

Your line is obviously fine though I do agree that you might get more action by modifying the sizing. This is especially true in tournament setting where you can balance your very small bets fairly well given how low the stack-to-pot ratio usually gets.

With QQ and low SPR we want stack him off at this board, is that what you mean?

What if I 3bet bluff pre with...98s,or one more weaker hand like 64o ?

Or a another strong hand like AKs?

what does that mean actually; board crushed? No overpair?

I was just referring to the fact that betting around 1/4 or 1/5 pot of the flop is perfectly reasonable in a tournament setting and you can do that with a wide range of hands but the same wouldn't really be true in cash games for example.
