If your going to bet the river just jam imo , i don't think he ever comes over the top with worse but you put yourself in an awkward spot getting like 7/1. I would probably just jam the turn , there is plenty of pair + draw or J9 even some over pairs people can have. As played i would likely check back that turn card.

I'd go ahead and get stacks in on the turn after they raise our cbet, there's a few draws out and any value/draw hand that raised the turn is most likely not folding.

Agree with Chris, you should go ahead and jam the river yourself instead of making it $2.

Raise allin on turn, there is no need to call and see river. Palying this way you lose value if he has draws or Jx.
