5NL - QQ (vs. 3Bet on A-high flop)

Anon. We open and get 3bet. We call and see this flop. Is this a c/c flop and evaluate the turn?

I'm guessing we plan to call flop, evaluate the turn and unless we improve we're trying to check to see SD?

I assigned the following range: AA-TT,AKo-AJo,KQo,AKs-ATs,KQs

we have 33% equity and would only need 28% so this is a call. People tend to Cbet in 3bet pots alot so there is a chance that he might want to get you off your hand. yeah, we want to come to SD cheeply

Since we are a bit deeper I would probably call preflop even though I don't like playing out of position in 3bet pots - mainly because it's tough to get paid off and we open ourselves up to getting bluffed a fair amount, but it get dicey if we 4bet and they shove, it'll only be value and we're likely crushed.

I would check/call one street and give it up to further action, barreling as a bluff in 3bet pots isn't really a thing at this limit much, even KK would slow likely slow down.

Pre: I'b be inclined to just go ahead and fourbet here.

Flop: Pretty annoying spot, check folding seems far too weak but check calling isn't all that appealing either of course. Given that we can still have hands like AQ/AJ that will check call here we should be OK calling to see a turn without allowing villain to just barrel off against us with impunity and getting us to fold everything so I lean towards calling and seeing a turn and folding to most double barrels with this hand.
