Preflop: I would raise larger here - By min raising you give both the BB and the UTG raiser a good price to call meaning you are going to see a multiway flop.

Flop - I would go around 3/4 pot here if they have a Jack or a heart draw they are coming along anyway - Charge them by betting bigger.

Turn - Again I would go bigger to around 3/4 pot you can still get value from Jx and flush draws.

River. Fold - Villains Check, Call, Check, Call, Donk looks strong to me.

Dunno what's going on with the 3 bet size. It should be 45c at least.

As played your river fold is fine. He will have Jx almost every time.

Only thing to consider is bigger value bet sizes even multiway.

You have to go bigger preflop. You're not putting enough pressure on your opponents and you're not giving yourself any favours when it comes to pot management post flop.

Flop and turn are totally fine line wise (though again sizing could be bigger). I'd definitely fold the river on this particular card.
