I'm just wondering here, are betting out again to fold floats?

Player 6(SB) $3.49 - VP:31 PFR:0 AF:Inf. W:0| STL:0|50 3B:0| CB:|100 N:-0.56 Hands:13
Player 2(BB) $17.98 - VP:18 PFR:15 AF:Inf. W:0| STL:20|71 3B:14| CB:67| N:1.62 Hands:39
Me(UTG) $10.33
Player 5(BTN) $10 - VP:14 PFR:11 AF:0 W:33|100 STL:27|100 3B:0|100 CB:0|0 N:-0.40 Hands:36

Pre Flop: Me(UTG) with [7c,7s]
Me(UTG) raises 0.30,
Player 5(BTN) calls 0.30,
Player 6(SB) folds,
Player 2(BB) folds

Flop: (Td,3c,2h)(2 players)
Pot - 0.75
Me(EP) bets 0.40,
Player 5(BTN) calls 0.40

Turn: 4d (2 players)
Me(EP) ?

I think I don't even cbet the flop, it's very dry and we're not getting many worse hands to call. If we x/c we give him a chance to take a stab at the pot on a dry baord. If you cbet you just find yourself in weird spots like this one on turns and rivers because you're OOP. I'd just take the passive route and x/c and see what happens on turn and river.

In this situation I would consider betting maybe 1/3 pot on the turn and shutting down to any raises or bets after that. It does look weak but we're getting some overcards that floated flop to either fold or call (we don't mind them doing either one of those).

Think I bet small like 0,30 on the flop. BTN seems tight so the board doesn't really connect with his range. We can get value from some random floats aswell as make him fold random 5 outers. Also allows us to barrel for a lower price on good runout cards. Think I'm betting 0,50 on the turn to check on most rivers. x/f on bad runouts and possibily x/c on good ones.

Now is the time to just take a check call on turn and fold to a river bet. We are unsure if our hand is the best nor are we bluffing so check calling gets his floats to bet the turn or we can just go to showdown if he checks.
