Anon v tightish tag 19/15 but only 3b IP versus me 3 times so far and I folded.

So I was actually expecting a snap-fold or a shove preflop! Laugh

Flop: Simply, is this a cbet. He may of course think I'm playing back at him for earlier.

I would cbet QQ/KK and chk/r AK with a spade draw if I thought villain might bet, otherwise I cbet anyway.
I don't have AJs or any other bluffs nor TT/JJ in my range. I don't do Axs small as a bluff coz I haz blockers and all that fancy gubbins yet.

Seems to me that the Axs or SCs and stuff would be more in villains range but not enough info.

Thanks.

Don't think there's too much to do here other than bet around 18bb/call a shove.

Pots already huge and there's not much room to move around. Bet/call and I'd take note. I'm expecting KK to always get it in pre so I'm not too worried about that hand. Can see AK, pair+ draws stacking off and seeing a lot calls with Kx and Qx hands for a small bet of 18bb.

Agree with Harvie, just cbet around 1/3 pot call it off and take a note. The good thing here is that he does have AK in his range often, the bad thing is that we block it. Definitely take a note on him if you go to showdown or if he does something strange.

Yeah I agree with that aswell. We want to bet this flop but we don't have to make it big. something like 1/3rd with the intention of going broke seems absolutely fine to me. if he has us beat than so be it Smile

Sucks that QQ and KK hit. Stack off though he can still have AK and KK would get it in pretty frequently.

P.S on XjQ I prefer a c/c cause kings only beat a bluff if he has them and JJ/QQ made a set

I think pre flop you should go slightly smaller to around 21BB. This gets a ton more peals and also gives villain more perceived fold equity when he jams with his bluffs.

Post flop just bet what you made it pre then call it off.
