I do not like betting small as we just give away so much value and let draws realize their equity for the perfect price. I got 90% pot and don't fold.

So you have three calls pre flop and a horrible board like that comes down..... I love it when that happens😆.
I personally think slamming a 90% pot bet on the flop is just giving the recs the chance to commence a shove fest here with soooo many hands and more than likely hands that dominate us.
I would be 60/65% potting here as a Cbet but in my mind I'm thinking "be careful and do t fall in love with the over pair".
Just my opinion

I don't even mind checking that flop and taking a turn card , get some value on later streets. Your hand isn't good enough for multiple streets of value and there's no need to be building a big pot on the flop here i don't think.
