Flop : (9.5 BB, 2 players) 4h 7h Ah
Hero bets 5 BB, BTN raises to 20 BB, Hero raises to 39 BB, BTN calls 19 BB

Turn : (87.5 BB, 2 players) Ac
Hero bets 63 BB, BTN calls 63 BB

River : (213.5 BB, 2 players) 3c
Hero checks, BTN bets 103 BB, Hero calls 103 BB

BTN shows As 7s (Full House, Aces full of Sevens)
(Pre 56%, Flop 17%, Turn 100%)

Hero mucks Qh Kh (Flush, Ace High)

BTN wins 405 BB

When he called the turn i though trip A, and was going to check shove the river, then he half pots and i though it was trappy Quads/FH at that point i was indecisive and decided to just call, what are your thoughts ? Should i have shoved on the flop?

You can't shove the flop 200bb deep, they will fold.

Flop and turn are fine, might have just bet the river myself.

As played, I'm folding to their shove (if they are a reg), I really don't think they are betting 100b on the river with anything less than a full house. Regs are very tight at 2nl and are not think value shoving Ax or Jh flush here.

I agree with @Harvie. I'm fine with calling the river vs. recreational player, but I don't think many regs will be able to shove 100bb into us with worse.

What sort of bet size would you be looking at on the river ?

Whether or not villain is a reg or a rec makes a huge difference here. I'd be betting flop bigger in the first place and 3betting much bigger too. Just smash in as much value as you can. Turn is among the worst cards in the deck. I'd still be betting aggressively against a rec but probably be happy to keep the pot small against a reg considering how much of a reg's range will be full houses.
